UX stands for all the impressions that the user experiences while using the product or service. UX is especially important in human-computer interaction, in designing interfaces of web applications and interactive devices.
Improving user experience is important because negative user experience can diminish the use of the product.
User experience is subjective. However, the attributes that make up the user experience are objective. It is on
their basis that a good user experience is designed (the so-called user-centered design).
